I know there are alot but is it possible that the shooting was a plan B? Paddock was still prepping room when guard walked in, maybe he was drilling when the concert was on to drown out the noise. He wasn't ready and the concert was almost finished, he started shooting on the last song. Could he have been prepping room for the explosives in his car and maybe he was gonna blow up the hotel?
